St. Paul, MN – The man suspected of a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of a 58-year-old woman in February has been charged, Fox 9 reports.
The suspect, 34-year-old Terrell Frye, is believed to have been driving the light-colored minivan that struck and killed 58-year-old Lisa Giguere near the intersection of Rice Street and Pennsylvania Avenue and then fled the scene on February 16.
With the help of surveillance footage, accident debris, and cellphone data, investigators were able to track the minivan to Terrell Frye’s home. He was charged with vehicular homicide. If convicted, Frye faces up to 10 years in prison.
