Head-On Collision in Albertville Seriously Injures Two, Leaves One in Coma

ALBERTVILLE, MN – A head-on collision at a Jason Avenue Northeast intersection seriously injured two young men, leaving one in a medically induced coma on Wednesday night, Bring Me The News reports.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Jason Avenue Northeast and Kahl Avenue Northeast, right near St. Michael-Albertville High School.

One of the victims was a 17-year-old student and football player at St. Michael-Albertville. He was airlifted from the scene and remains in a medically induced coma.

The other victim, 20-year-old Tyler Brown, suffered multiple broken bones and a concussion. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
