ST. PAUL, MN – A man was killed Tuesday evening when he was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross 7th Street/MN-5.
KSTP reports that police responded to reports of a collision at 7th and Watson Avenue at about 8:30 p.m. on May 26.
First responders attempted to resuscitate the man, but he died at the scene.
Police say he was crossing the street outside of a designated crosswalk.
The driver who hit the man remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
