Bicyclist critically injured in crash at St. Paul intersection

ST. PAUL, MN – A bicyclist is in the hospital with critical injuries following a collision that happened at an intersection in St. Paul on Tuesday night.

KSTP reports that at about 9:30 p.m. that night, a man riding an e-bike blew through a stop sign in the 700 block of Jessamine Avenue. A motor vehicle hit him in the intersection.

Emergency responders rushed the bicyclist to an area hospital with critical injuries.

The driver has cooperated with police inquiries.
