RICE, MN – A crash is affecting westbound traffic on US-10 near the city of Rice, the Minnesota Department of Transportation reports.
The department reported the crash at 8:17 a.m. this morning.
Authorities say the collision happened between 115th Street and CR 31. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution in the area.
