Police Search for Minneapolis Hit-and-Run Driver Who Killed Student

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – The Minneapolis Police Department is seeking information about a hit-and-run driver who killed a student from The University of St. Thomas, KSTP reports.

The accident occurred on the 1600 block of Marshall Street Northeast around 3 am on Sunday, March 21. 22-year-old Seham Hassen was reportedly crossing the road when she was struck by a speeding vehicle that proceeded to flee the scene.
