Roseville Man Who Caused Fatal Crash While Fleeing Police Sentenced to 14 Years

RAMSEY COUNTY, MN – The driver who caused a fatal crash while fleeing police in Roseville in December 2024 has been sentenced to 14 years in prison, KDHL reports.

The collision occurred on December 13, 2024, when 38-year-old Nicholas John Price of Roseville attempted to flee police after an attempted traffic stop and collided with another car at an intersection. Price later told police he’d gone to a bar prior to the chase, but didn’t drink any alcohol.

The driver of the other vehicle was critically injured and would eventually succumb to their injuries at a nearby hospital.
